Ribs again...won this batch at the auction Monday morning...already cooked and don't want them to go bad and that's why I'm having ribs 2 nights in a row ....as if there's anything wrong with that...! ...inviting 8 to join us on the deck...

Had a corned beef sandwich and potato salad. Vanilla ice cream for dessert. May make another CB sandwich later. I made it on Saturday and that sandwich would finish it off.

Yes somebody's got to lay it on the line. I gave a frozen one to my neighbor and they will have me over when the cook it. lol
