Pork chops here for us....found some really nice big thick juicy ones while shopping this morn'n.. |^|   

I think I'm going to fix Liz's meatloaf and bake some whole wheat bread for meatloaf sandwiches tomorrow.  YUM YUM YUM

Ribs again...won this batch at the auction Monday morning...already cooked and don't want them to go bad and that's why I'm having ribs 2 nights in a row |eat|....as if there's anything wrong with that...! 8)...inviting 8 to join us on the deck... |^|

Had a corned beef sandwich and potato salad. Vanilla ice cream for dessert. May make another CB sandwich later. I made it on Saturday and that sandwich would finish it off.

Yes somebody's got to lay it on the line. I gave a frozen one to my neighbor and they will have me over when the cook it. lol
