...and it's so very, very good....MMMmmm.....slept like a brick last night.....still waking up too....more coffee... |^|

..40 deg's out heading to a sunny 70 deg day......light breezes....I need to get the cushion put on the deck swing.. ;D ;D ;D ;D

...Jan and 'Aut', are planting the garden today, I'm not sure what they've got stacked up out there....but I do know the usual tomatoes/green peppers/onions/hot peppers are going on.....I'm staying out of their way for now.....I'll do a recon later.... |^|

Good morning. Coffee is great this morning. I may just make a secind pot. The weather is looking up with temps going up to 75 with partly sunny skies and barely a breeze. All precip is headed north of us. |^| |^| |^| |^| |^| I need to pull out a pair of shorts before I go back out. mim mim mim

Hi guys!  53 and cloudy here right now....forecasting rain and hi of 57 today. Glad I got some exterior photos of the new listing yesterday while the sun was out!

Yep... another listing. First talked with these folks about 2 years ago! Now they are moving out and going to do the RV road warrior thing for a couple years. Just like always...I plan a trip and things start getting busy in the sales business....  8)
