Stuffed pork chops

Jan baked them in the oven covered with foil....then removed foil to allow them to brown a bit.....pretty tasty ;D....

Not much to them....take a thick pork chop..slice horizontally and stuff with most any stuffing...bake at 325 covered, the uncover and continue til brown to your taste..

I should add that Jan made some Lemon bars for dessert.....tasty ;D

I used to make some wonderful ones using bulger wheat.  Can't remember what else I tossed in other than celery and onion and garlic.  I know there was more to it.  I lost the recipe a long time ago.  They were wonderful.
