Have a good draft Jon. Coffee is good. Hard to believe it was 70+ degrees just two day ago. ??? Snow flurries on tap today. ::)

I'm still a little sore but I do feel better today. I'm going to tell my boss Monday That I'm not lifting them parts. It's not worth me getting hurt.

Tell him you're already hurt. You may have an L&I claim.

Make sure that you can prove that it happened at work too........not over the weekend.... ;D

I have a background in this stuff....if you're suffering a work related issue, report that it just happened .....you want to let them know you just hurt yourself and have to quit doing what caused it. They should document it at the time you report it. You may get better without medical care. However if you experience complications you've gotten it on the record that it did in fact happen at work with the date and cause of the problem.

Take care.

Yep, we used "Alexis Risk Management", best to just say it just happened. Pauline nailed it...

that's why I said this....

I agree with Pauline and Jon. It's hard to get folks to believe you had an on the job injury when you are coming off the weekend. Did you make any previous complaints to your supervisor about this issue?
