...and it's really good too...it's below zero here again, but I'm hoping that it's a last hurrah for winter's colder temps....snow tomorrow too...ya know, I'm not a fan of cutting the grass, but it would be preferable to this junk...right?

Morning all.  I'm right as rain this morning.....  I must be in better shape than I thought  LOL

Lazy day here, no real work until later in the week.  I might brush up on some IP routing during my down time.  I've got a couple old linksys routers that I might flash with newer firmware.....  Between working with the fish and the routers sounds like a fun filled day!!!

I abhor DST.  I think we should NOT switch back and forth.  Just about the time it gets light early enough for the kids getting on the school bus, we jump forward so they are out there in the dark again.....

I know this is a morning coffee thread, but I'm just catching up for the day!!    It was a long busy day. I just finished up. 1 listing, 1 purchase offer written and signed off by both parties, 2 sets of showing 3-4 homes each here in the 'hood. After dinner, uploaded all contracts to MLS and my broker office. I'm rocking, but it's wearing me out
