....boigers.....and yummy they were.....cooked (6) big un's just for the two of us....LOL.....the couple/few left over will be a tasty snack/lunch tomorrow at the swap..... ;D

I'm in the mood for some deep fried chicken gizzsards.  There's a service station in Collins, about 40 minutes from here that makes great fried chicken and the most tender succulent gizzards I have ever had.  They make it right behind the counter and you watch them cook them.  They make it look easy but it's not.  I'm thinking that I might make the drive after work tomorrow.
