I had a tongue sandwich.  I'd forgotten how fatty a beef tongue is.  It will be better if I slice it and put it on a plate cold and have it with a sliced tomato and perhaps slaw or a green salad.

..fry it like a fried bologna sandwich, cooks some of the fat off... ....don't forget the horseradish tho...
