Tuesday coffee time..

....dark and gloomy here....but the coffee's absolutely superb ...aaaaahhhh....time for a refill too, it's hard getting up when it's still dark outside....easy to hunker down under the covers and snooze a bit more.... until the 'demon' decides that I should be up....

Today 80, Thursday and Friday "near 60".  Right now it's quiet and peaceful....there's even a loon on the lake. That's a rarity.

That's cool.  I remember all the loons when we would vacation in Canada.

Thanks Pauline, I'm glad that you liked it.  I got hooked on John Prine listening to blue grass on the local PBS station.     Most of his songs are little stories set to music.

That was kind of sad.  We went through a bluegrass phase back in our horseback riding days.  Sitting around a campfire, blue grass music, an occasional whinny from a horse...miss those days but they're good memories.

When I grew up we had riding horses on the farm. Good memories. Back then, Gale and her family attended some of the same horse shows that we did, but we didn't meet for forty more years . . . . . .  The rest is history. And more good memories.
