This is some helpful information to know so you can convert your recipes to crock pot meals.

Good info but I'll never remember it.  I wish it could stated in a ratio.  I'll forget it if I don't copy it down and tape it to my crock pot.

If I stick it in my computer I will forget that I have it when I want it.  I shall write and tape on the crock pot ::)
