This pair is very mature, and the female tends to instigate the mating....both are a good 5-6" inches...

Their abode is a 55 gal. stocked with about 15-20 Sra Isabel/Rio Negro juvies.... ;D

It seems like my BNs keep growing but very slowly. I have a couple that are about 2 years old that seem to be getting bigger (not longer), taller and wider. lol

Most will mature at about 3"...but just don't begin spawning for a while....
