Interesting baseball draft yesterday..

Seven of us around two tables, and two more via 'Skype'  ....lots of bargaining, and player talk, lots of gabbing with each other about what's been happening in our lives...grandkid pics flying everywhere...good friends, good food, good drink....a wonderful day for sure....only to end with us all shaking hands and hugging each other goodbye for another year.....over 30 yrs of friendship on display for only a few short hours, but still as strong as ever........somehow we don't look old to each other, we're just young guys at play again, celebrating our love of the game of baseball ...
