I have 2 catfish filets marinating in butter milk.  After WC I'll batter them and deep fry them.  I don't think that I want a carb enough to bother cooking one up but fettuccine with a garlic butter sauce would be nice.  I had my veggies right after I came home from work.

...it'll be something Greek...going with the dining group to Mt Athos...15 of us tonight...and two couples are out of town...!!
