Title: Meeces again
Post by: LizStreithorst on September 29, 2015, 07:13:30 PM
I knew I'd been invaded when I saw the useless cat torturing one to death last night.  After work I set traps...3 in the kitchen, 2 in the laundry room and 1 in the fish room.  In under 3 minutes one in the fish room went snap.  After dinner a saw that I'd caught 2 at the same time in one of the traps in the laundry room.

Anyone care to wager how many I'll catch in the next two weeks?  I'm up to 4 so far.  Last time I think I got 17 of the destructive little bastards.

This could be another contest . . . . .

Liz, I trapped 7 mice in our new storage shed in the backyard recently.  I felt bad, but they had to go.

Always get that problem when they start taking out the corn around my house. Got a cat but his lazy butt has never caught one yet in the 3 years he has been here

Xena would be sooooo offended if there were another cat in the house. I may have a multitude of dogs but she is THE cat.

No.  Last time was worse.  I got 17 or 18.  I leave the door open during the nice months so it's kind of an invitation to them.

I just saw a little tail disappear behind the stove.  Checked all my traps and the bait had been eaten >:(  I'll get the little bastard(s).  Traps are loaded.  I have found that if you see one mouse you have more.
