Leftovers here too. Rotisserie chicken and a leftover piece of London broil. Cherries & strawberries for dessert. |^| |^| |^|

We had meat loaf and potatoes for dinner. And how can it be too hot to grill?

Love it...It's just something Lucy started doing. I can add dried cranberries or other things to it as well. The dressing helps make it. I'll try to remember to get the recipe for it and put it on here too.

Here's Lucy's recipe for the salad dressing...

Add all ingredients to salad dressing jar and shake well before dressing your salad with it.
2/3 cup extra light olive oil
1/3 cup mango vinegar
1-2 tsp of sugar to taste (we use coconut sugar)
1 tsp of salt and pepper

Simple and very tasty!
