I decided to start drinking it.  I must always be dehydrated because all I drink is a cup of coffee, a small diet coke, and beer.  They are all dehydrating!  And besides, they say that the tea is full of stuff that good for me ::)

I decided to drink a quart a day.  I started today.  I had more energy.  I felt good.  I don't think that it was due to the quack claims that it is good for me.  I think it was because I added something to my body that would hydrate it rather than dehydrate it.  The tea is good.  I added one teaspoon of honey to a quart of tea.
Always move forward. Never look back.

?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ?Wow! What a Ride!? ~ Hunter S. Thompson

I'm gonna have to put that on my grocery list...
