GRRRRR....NO coffee for me this mornin >:( >:(

DRINK SOME FOR ME!!!!!!

Got an appt with sawbones to get knocked out and have em poke my back full of some new holes to inject some kool stuff  into a couple discs, and some more of that Novocaine/Steroid mixture into a couple lower back areas as well. I asked ole sawbones if Ill be able to do the Snoopy dance when hes done..... he says I should be able to dance when hes finished.......but it wont be much more than a SLOW shuffle my feet kinda dance.

Had em before and they worked to relieve a LOT of the pain........ for a few weeks.
Hoping this round works again so I can feel "normal" ......even if just for a few weeks.

I've had this done a few time too and it works well. They also burned some nerves in my spine with a rhizotomy procedure.  One thing I found works well between procedures is Lidocaine patches.  They're actually for shingles so you have to see if your insurance will cover them. They work wonders numbing spinal nerve pain.
When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because those weirdos are your tribe.  (Sweatpants & Coffee)
