Title: Dinner
Post by: LizStreithorst on May 07, 2015, 05:15:32 PM
Tonight I want veggies only.  Boiled red potatoes, boiled carrots and corn on the cob.  What can I say, it doesn't sound like much but it's what I want.

I saw this and it sounds delectable.  I'll make it Saturday if my Corner Market has fresh salmon fillets.  Sometimes they have them sometimes they don't.  http://www.splendidtable.org/recipes/oven-baked-tarragon-scented-salmon

Yeah when I had my boat running I use to target snook. I made a "wet noodle" pole just for that purpose. 6-8lb test was all it could handle. What's a snook you ask? It's as crafty as a  large mouth bass but bigger. And it can do both salt and fresh but I always got them in salt.
