Got a case of red bell peppers. These things are huge. I mean H  U  G  E. So I made some stuffed peppers. Not traditional though. Used a stuffed cabbage filling instead. Yummy.

We like stuffed peppers too....and yep, and even the stuffed cabbage filling is our favorite....I'll bet it was really good too....the smell of it cooking alone, makes me hungry....
