I adore artichokes but I'd forgotten about them of late.  I still have around 6 cans on the shelf from when my Corner Market had them in a shopping basket selling them for nothing.  Nobody wanted them even looked at them but me.  I bought 8 cans for like 20 cents each.

I like to peel em off and eat em hot....it's been awhile tho....the recipes look good, haven't watched the vid yet tho...

If you watch the vid it will make your life so much easier.  I always just boiled the whole thing too, before watching how to prep them.  You can use the stuff you cull from them to toss into the stock pot ;D
