Just nibbling food for me today.  Catfish with cajun seasoning and Panko bread crumbs.  I should have made some roasted taters with them.  I might do it after WC.  I may try again to make them in the fancy air fryer toaster oven.  I didn't care for them as much as the ones made in the oven last time, but they take a whole lot longer that way.

..#1 son's family has an air fryer...the stand alone type...not the combo with toaster, oven, space travel, etc....it works great......we may get the fast pressure cooker type unit tho...for us
it'll be more versatile with the things we'd cook......Mike does say that the air fryer makes great French fries tho... ...

My Air Fryer makes great chicken wings, french fries and a nice pork loin. That's basically all I've cooked in it so far. I didn't feel comfortable enough to cook a steak in it yet. My neighbor said he makes great pork chops. Lots of air fryer recipe chefs on You  Tube
