I keep my good chef's knife very sharp because I have a less delicate knife to cut rough stuff. This is not as bad as when I cut my finger with the mandolin as far as blood, I think. But I have blood all in the parts of my black-eyed pea stew. I've wiped blood off the counter, all the utensils I used, and my computer keyboard. It has almost stopped. I hope my thumb cut will stick back together before I do WC. But I did bloody water changes when I cut my finger with the mandolin and my blood didn't bother the fish.
Stew smells good, but it will be another 2 hrs. before it's ready.
...I use a butterfly bandage for those cuts.....it helps stop the carnage.... :)......
I don't think it's about putting your blood in the tanks but rather vermin from the fish tanks getting in to your blood...
...Ouch...!
It didn't hurt, Ron. It was just a blood bath is all.
...i bet it will, tho...
Doesn't this morning.

It started bleeding again this afternoon even though I was trying to be careful of it. By blue jeans legs have nice smears of blood on them. It stopped when it was ready and it still didn't hurt. If I were smart I'd buy band aids but it will heal on it's own. It's just a little cut.
