I used to keep Herotilapia multispinosa. They turn black when they're breeding. Cool fish. I bought a dozen of them years ago for $8. Money well spent.

We've talked about taking the only two tanks on bases (60 breeder/75 gal) and building a long stand for there, with a top rack that would 6, or more, 10's...just for smaller species...maybe this winter it will happen....we enjoy the smaller beauties too.....
