It's tender when cooked in a 300 degree oven for 5 to 6 hrs.  It was just as tender after just 60 minutes in the pressure cooker.  It also used less gas and was much more fun because it's a new toy ;D

Applebee's :D... Grilled chicken and grilled veggies ;D...good food |^|... but our waiter sucked >:(... neither of the 2 girls we like were working....bummer :-\
