....gas grills are nice....but for good ribs..charcoal does best......nice and slow..... |^|

..coals piled along the sides with the middle open with a folded aluminum foil tray to catch juices.....keeps the fire from flaming up...really good way to cook whole chickens too... ;D

We're packing and tired. Opting to go to the local over-price, but good steakhouse at 6:30 with friends.
Been overcast all day and decided to wait for another day to do the last coat on the deck.
