Perfect corned beef (I can nail a corned beef now) with horseradish mustard sauce, a Yukon gold 'tater and a an ear of sweet corn boiled in the juices from the corned beef.  Butter on the tater and corn, of course.

Perfection itself.  I just went back for seconds!  I never have seconds!  It is very very very good.
