Great minds think alike!!!  Same here but with pepper jack.  Got a pound of Black Forest ham chipped yesterday...  throw it in the nuke with cheese on top and when it's a bubbly mess toss it on some bread.  Yum yum yum.   Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm

I was just stopping by for some milk, eggs, and butter when I spied that the ham & cheese was almost 1/2 price.  Looked like a no-brainer to me...   

I should have purchased more cheese and made some au gratin potatoes with it.

Campbell's cheddar cheese soup, undiluted, works well for a quick potatoes are rotten dish.....yum
