Thanks mentioning it. I will take my beef out of the freezer now. tomorrow I will have beef stew. Crap, I thought I had some beef stew but I guess I'll have to settle for some short ribs that I got from a farm a couple of weeks ago. mim mim mim

My great feast will be tomorrow. It will be a kind of fancy feast, for me.
The stew was awesome. Tomorrow it will be even better.

Absolutely kidding. I love short ribs and these look great. They are not finished thawing out so they may end up as the New Years' dinner. lol
