I spent money today like one.  Almost $400. at home depot.  $140. at Jhemco.  I tried for 4 Magnum filters at Ken's and at Pet Mountain, but they are both out of stock >:(  Wanted 18 micron filters as well, but I'll make do with what I have until one of them has the filters back in stock.

Everything I bought is for fish or at least fish realted except the Dremmel which is for grinding dog's nails at the shop (my old one died)   I bought 2 batteries for my DeWalt 18 volt tools.  I consider that fish related because I mostly use the flash light to lure the bbs to the bottom of the hatchery.

I sure did have fun.  It had become a downer having to put off my wants and needs due to lack of money.

Pet Mountain has them at 6 filters for $40 something.  I was going to wait until the filters themselves were back in stock to order but I should buy them now.  Like Ken's they offer free shipping at $75. and I was going to order 18 filters.  They also price match.  Ken's is selling the 250's for $54.95.  I doubt that price will still be in place when they get them back in stock.

I'll go do a little more druken sailoring now.

Another 18 micron cartriges on the way and another $121.50 bites the dust.

Sounds fun Liz.  Who needs a mall, right.  ;)  Not me.

Of course ::)  They still get to be hard to fit over the bottom piece and it's hard to push the middle thing with the holes into them.  I'm running 7 Magnums now and want 4 more.  I need the cartridges.

I have extra tubes, so I push one partially in while they are drying.....the same size PVC (cheap) would do the same thing for keeping them stretched when air drying.... ;D.....my Mom had jean pants stretchers when we were kids...that's where I got the idea.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Big Al's and Pet Mountain go back and forth having the best price.  I just got notification tha Pet Mountain has them back in stock.  They will match Big Al's sale price of $54.95 if you phone them.
