MMMMmmmm..the wonderful aroma of a corned beef cooking....MMMmmmm......at 4lbs it's a good size one |^|
...the great smell of that corned beef is driving me nuts !!!....well, nuttier anyway ;)
I plan on making Tacos, but you know what they say about the best laid plans. So we will see.
