Wow, I made dinner and Jan made a yellow cake with Chocolate icing.....MMmmm..glass of cold milk. warm cake.....boomba. 8)

Your chicken shish kabobs sounded DELISH, especially with the seasoned long grain wild rice! Can you tell us what all you put on them- green or red peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, onions? I can't think of what other goodies might work?
