Shrimp here.  My Christmas present from my daughter. I will bread them in Ritz cracker crumbs and fry them.

I'm thinking some sort of pasta with pesto sauce.....  maybe cheese pierogi???   Just rolled out so I won't be eating for several hours.

I was ashamed to say that several days ago that I made yet another 15 bean/spicy Cajun sausage stew.  I don't know what I did right but it was just as good as last time and this one doesn't make me fart ;D  I had left overs of it.  It is both spicy and mellow.  It makes my heart feel warm on a cold day.  It freezes well, too!
