We found some nice smaller tied rolled roasts on sale at our local grocery. Two in a pack weighing about 3+lbs total. So each is perfect for the two of us. |^| :) |^|
..we're having one of the small roasts tonight with potatoes, etc cooked around it. I can't wait... :)
We have often bought a bigger piece of beef and cut it up into separate meals.....it was nice to see this store doing something for the smaller households. |^|
