Good morning everyone. Hopefully you all are well. I finished all of my testing for any cardiac issues and except for some mild stuff I am in pretty good shape as far as that is concerned. My back issues are something else and I'll have to pay attention to my body and not do anything too strenuous for a few weeks. If I follow that rule I will be ok. I feel good at the moment.

The fall weather will start rolling through here in a little while. It is currently 67 degrees and will get up to a high temp of 77F this afternoon. The rain will start shortly afterwards and we can expect showers over the next couple of days.

I have plans to do some fishroom work today so hopefully I can get through it without hurting myself.
