Balsamic Chicken.  I'm using this recipe except I'm using bone in thighs.  They are more flavorful, IMO.  I'm also using  pearl onions from the produce section rather than frozen.  http://www.foodiecrush.com/slow-cooker-balsamic-chicken/

I'll probably stick it in the fridge until tomorrow and have another stuffed pepper tonight.  The chicken dish will benefit from a day's aging.
Always move forward. Never look back.

We have a chicken in the crock pot too, one of yesterday's. Broth for the freezer and chicken for din-din... its starting to smell good in the kitchen. I'm not the cook here, if I lived alone I would probably eat the same thing every day.

I had rotisserie chicken (leftover) and red beans & rice (new). Lactose free chocolate ice cream (too much) for dessert. Everthing was good and I am stuffed. huh
