Chicken with rice cooked in chicken stock with added soy sauce and tobasco.  It was better than it sounds.  After a bath I may have a bowl of seafood gumbo.

I've been getting in the mood for the fried gizzards at the service station 25 miles from me.  I hear their spicy fried chicken is great, too.  It's what most of their customers buy.  I love going there.  I'm always the only white person in the shop.  No matter how long since I was there last, the lady frying the chicken always recognizes me and says, "gizzards?"
