Leftover Cuban thing with all those ingredients that I couldn't imagine would work well together but did.  It keeps getting better as the flavors blend.  The recipe is a keeper for sure.

Ya know when Jan and I were first married we'd grab a bucket of 'Brown's' chicken every Friday night on the way home from work.....we'd have cold chicken for snacks, etc all weekend, unless friends showed up and helped us polish it off.... |^|....which usually happened anyway....LOL...

....just found one down the road about 30mins, or so.....we'll likely hit it up soon... |^|....
