I'm not a sandwich person but this sounds worth trying.  https://food52.com/blog/17635-ruth-reichl-s-grilled-cheese-is-genius-and-completely-out-of-control?utm_campaign=20160814_hybrid_sunday_digest&utm_medium=email&utm_source=Sailthru&utm_term=7372163

...what's with all them onions?...and garlic??.....heck, just Miracle Whip two slices of bread, add thick slices of Velveeta cheese....crumble up a bunch of potato chips on top....slap it together and grill.......for the real connoisseurs......dunk in catsup and eat....yum yum...bon appetit !!!....for a treat, serve with ice cold 'Rocky Red Mountain' wine....$1.99/gal.... |^|

LOL... some spam, velveeta, and a box of wine and you're all set.  |^|

I'm not a sandwich person but this sounds very appealing.  I'm not one to just shove food in my mouth and feel satisfied.  I'd rather starve.  I like all the sound of the different types of onion and garlic.  I feel that it would make the sandwich have a bit of freshness to it.  Not everybody's tastes are the same, gentlemen.

I don't listen to anyone, sir.  I go with what seems to suit my taste.  So there.

These wings sound good, too.  I don't have the fancy flour but I can't believe that it is really necessary.  https://food52.com/recipes/6845-korean-fried-chicken-wings-kfc
