Tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, sliced Bermuda onion in a 50/50 water/red vinegar brine with a cup of sugar (to taste).....MMMmmmmm

makes a perfect side or spooned over lettuce for a salad.....MMMMmmm.....store in the 'fridge' and just keep adding to it as needed...

I miss growing vegetables. Living on what used to be a gravel pit doesn't make for healthy soil. Growing the potted stuff just hasn't worked out.

Try a raised bed system. Or the Earthbox.
