Rain postponed Tiger's game. We're watching the U.S. Open golf championship.  The course is very ugly. A train is traveling alongside the course at the moment.  :o

Just returned from a farmer's market. Doing a little Gerry's Garden stuff. Kinda like a swap meet only plants instead of fish. LOL I'll get used to it.

It was fun. Shannon came down to visit. For those that don't know, Shannon is our daughter recently graduated from UWM with degrees in music education and jazz composition. She's excited about a job interview at a West Allis school this Thursday. If you could see your way clear to throw some good Karma her way, we'd appreciate it. She's a good girl.

Also, a nice young lady offered Gale classroom space at her office for plant workshops. Gerry's Garden is expanding. We do need a retail store, but it's not quite possible right now.

It was a good day.

She did land a summer job at a sandwich shop. When they called her in the guy said there would be no interview. The cover letter and resume she attached to her application was all he needed. When Shan told me the story she said it may have been overkill, but she was sending her resume out for teaching jobs and thought what the heck. Sandwich maker today, music teacher next Thursday.
