The pearl scales are really starting to pop on these kids.  The parents were both p/+.  I should have 25% of the 50% that expressed hb being p/p.  I have 3 out of 30.  I culled this spawn  for deformities hard and early.  I was surprised at all the deformities in the spawn.  I bet all the culls were p/p.  If pearl scales weren't so beautiful on the fish I wouldn't want the gene in my fish room either.
Always move forward. Never look back.
