You do know there is only one fruit cake,and it wasn't made to be eaten,but passed around every third  christmas.

Can't be true. I eat the ones that come this way...!  I like them...especially the dark ones.  My Mother used to get us kids together to make them around thanksgiving time. I remember squishing all the ingredients together and through our fingers as we mixed them. No alcohol...ours was a teetotaler household. Then she would bake them. Next they would disappear to the attic until right before Christmas. Then when they came out of hiding...WOW!...DELICIOUS...!
