I shouldn't bitch because My entire body is fine with the exception of my teeth. I had to have a front one pulled yesterday :'( It never did hurt. Didn't even need to take an Advil. My dentist who is excellent, loaded me up on nitirus during the procedure which was done in an instant with almost no bleeding. He put in a temporary partial, and I swear, it's so good that nobody can tell that it's a fake tooth. Overall, it was better than I had imagined. Still, I always thought that it would be a a fate worse than death to have teeth that I could put in a cup :-[ Even the thought of fake teeth grosses me out, but it's genetic. I got my strong constitution from my mom who also gifted me with her disgustingly ugly bunions which unlike hers don't hurt, and her ugly hands which are not, unlike hers, arthritic. My no good teeth came from my daddy.
I'm lucky. I could have been like my deceased brother who got good hands and feet from my daddy as well as his defective heart. He also got my mother's personality ::) ::) ::) ::)
For those who don't know, there are communities in Mississippi where we Mississippians say folks are all inbred. They generally ain't too bright and have few teeth. It's unfair of us but we say that rather than say that we look like we come from Mississippi which would be a huge insult.
My brother and sister's little boy.
So, Liz, are you saying that there are areas in Mississippi where the family trees don't have any branches?
I have a cousin who's also my 2nd cousin, good thing she lived 800 miles away because she was hot. ;D
Hey unless aliens land, we're all in-breeders. Watched a BBC documentary not too long ago stating that they have used DNA and we ALL have a common mother who is estimated to have lived approximately 100,000?200,000 years ago. This is the most recent woman from whom all living humans today descend, in an unbroken line, on their mother?s side, and through the mothers of those mothers, and so on, back until all lines converge on one person.
