The Phone

I have never been a helpless person. But My God this phone...

1. I want to buy an app so I can listen to my son's fire calls.
2. I don't know how to by an app.
3. I look and apparently I need a google account. Do I want/have a Google acct?
4. I go online to see how to get a google acct. Depends on phone.
5. There are different LG phones. I don't know which one I have.
6. I go online to find out what phone I have.
7. It says to look under the battery. First take off the cover.
8. I don't know how to take off the cover.

Thats as far as I got... less than nowhere... now I'm tired of it already and I'm going out to work on the boat.

I feel your frustration.  You want to hit the damn think with a hammer until it's in bits.  Did you buy this phone at a phone store?  If you did, take it to them.  They consider it to be their obligation to help you, at least it went like that for me. 

Having a google account is a good thing.  If you have an account you can get into their app store.  And you can't get the app you want with out visiting their app store.

And these things were designed to make our lives more pleasant
