MMMmmmm...looks good...might be too spicy for Jan tho..??
Just cut down on the cayenne. You don't have to add the green chili if they're too hot spicy for you. The sauce with it's other spices and the coconut milk and tomato is very mellow.

It'd be fine for me... ;D....but you're right the cayenne and chili's can be adjusted...but the Indian curry can be murder....LOL

It depends on the source....some curries are full of various chili's.....some are more bland, by curry standards.....wonderful stuff, used properly..... ;D ;D
