1/2 an Acorn Squash with butter glalore, a tablespoon of honey, and just a touch of Dijon mustard.  That and a slice of warm ham.  It was delish.

Love them also. But I substitute lasagna noodles for the shells, I skip the beans and add meatballs instead, the chopped onions go into the salsa (I like to call it sauce) for cheese I use a combo of ricotta and mozzarella and just keep layering it up.

Love them also. But I substitute lasagna noodles for the shells, I skip the beans and add meatballs instead, the chopped onions go into the salsa (I like to call it sauce) for cheese I use a combo of ricotta and mozzarella and just keep layering it up.

I don't think that really qualifies as a taco.  What else could we call it?   Hmmmmmm?  Maybe...ah....GOOD?!

Use a fork! Spoon! knife!  .....Whatever...Just don't let it go to waste. Let it go to WAIST!
