Today was a bad back day so also a lazy day.  I started by trying to dig some compost into a garden but found out quickly that was not in the cards.  I cooked the Enchilada recipe I was looking at yesterday.  I was right, it was excellent.  I vacuum packed several meals and put them in the freezer, too.  I like to have a month's worth of meals tucked away in the freezer for the times when business stops.  I'm getting close to a month's worth, but I'm not there yet.

I also started on a new adventure.  I bought 2 pairs of Dutch Blue Rams from this guy.  At 12 bucks a fish plus FedEx shipping (the only way he will ship) I spent more than I intended to but I had to feed the passion I had for them.  Oh well...it's just money.  What is money compared to a brand new adventure?
