A pork chop with a piece of good sour dough to mop up the pan sauce and mixed veggies from the freezer.  I no longer crave Mexican.  I was ready for a simple American meal of three things on a plate.  It hit the spot.

I just warmed up some peach pie....MMMMMM mmmmmmmm
