....now that sounds good....on the 'Smokey Joe'..?.....par-boil or par-bake the ribs first?.....cook the corn on the grill in the husks(soaked in milk water, of course)....?

baked wrapped in foil with dry rub at 250 for 2 1/2 hrs and finished on the smokey joe.

Corned Beef. I picked up one this morning for $3.50. It was a 4 pounder. Must have been the last of the St. Patty's day order.

Since I already have two in the freezer, this one went right on the stove. I had leftover red beans and rice and a little potato salad with it.  mim mim mim
