Is the dolly used for transporting fish and tanks to and from swaps?

I'm going to finish trying to clean the lime scale off water aging tanks. They're soaking in a vinegar/water solution at the moment.  Gotta love water that's essentially liquid rock.

Yes, it's the swap dolly....5ver's of water sit better if not on the bars themselves.....it can be used upright, or laid flat......when flat, I can move (6) 5ver's
